D&J House Doctors Wildlife Removal covers any animal or bird in a home or building. They are all pests if unwanted. We are able to remove them.

Setting Traps:
Depending on how many critters are at the property will determine the number of traps set. For example a family of coons, we may take 3-5 traps to catch them in 5 days. Traps are baited usually with appropriate bait. We try to place the traps outside where the animal enters the property. Sometimes we will need to set traps in garages or attics.
Checking Traps:
The traps must be checked every 24 hrs, by D&J House Doctors or by the homeowner.
Prevention:
Removing the source of your wildlife problem is only part of the solution. D&J House Doctors takes measures to install products as listed below to protect your home from wildlife returning. We call them Inclusions, sealing up the property removing access from animals. Common prevention products are chimney caps, attic vent covers and dryer vent guards. |
