Certification(s) include: A visual inspection is performed that meets FHA or Lender requirements. A Certification Report from D & J House Doctors is performed by an ASHI Certified Home Inspector and includes a description as to the condition of the component along with pictures and replacement or repair cost if required.

Trash-Outs

Our trash-outs include: hauling trash & debris from inside and outside of the property
 Prices include labor and dump fees Extended Services are priced separately.

Cleaning: includes

-replacement light bulbs
 -windows are negotiable.


Winterizations

Winterization includes:
-blowing water from lines with air pressure
-draining water heater
-pressure tank all drains are protected with antifreeze as well as the commodes
-signage placed where appropriate

Winterization Report includes: detailed checklist for home’s appropriate heating system along with photos.

We recommend winterizing Vacant Properties whether the heat is on or off. Unexpected power outages or weather conditions could leave the property at risk for plumbing to freeze and burst.
